Traditional support options just aren’t
cutting it
Strategic advice without
implementation often leads to plans gathering dust. You need someone who'll roll up their sleeves and do the work.
Limited budget means
inexperienced staff, requiring significant training and supervision—adding to your workload instead of reducing it.
Access senior-level fundraising expertise at a junior-level cost. We provide strategic direction, clear planning, and consistent implementation—all in one package.

3. Grow with less stress — and more ease
Focus on your purpose while I help drive your fundraising, visibility, or leadership growth. No more managing junior staff or unfinished consultant binders — just real support that moves you forward.
Imagine achieving superior results without the complexities and risks of in-house staffing. No need for office space, daily management, or navigating staff turnover. And, you won't be limited by budget constraints in hiring top talent. With us, you gain not just a service, but a partnership dedicated to maximizing your impact and success, all while eliminating the risks and burdens of traditional staffing solutions.
Small organizations often have limited budgets for staffing, leading them to hire junior personnel who lack fundraising strategy and experience. These individuals typically spend a lot of time and energy on tasks that don’t drive progress. Instead, you can allocate that budget to hire a fractional fundraiser with over 20 years of experience and a passion for implementation. Our clients appreciate this strategic solution for growth.
An added benefit is that a fractional fundraiser requires minimal supervision, reducing stress for the executive director. Bonus!
How much does it cost?
I partner with a small number of clients through 12-month contracts starting at $5,997/month. A discounted rate is available for annual payments-in-full, making it easier to plan and sustain consistent, high-level fundraising support throughout the year. This includes strategic planning, hands-on implementation, and trusted guidance to move your fundraising forward — without the stress of hiring or managing full-time staff.
If you're curious whether this is the right fit for your budget and goals, let’s talk. A Complimentary Consultation is always the best first step.
As part of my ongoing commitment to equity and accessibility, I offer a 10% discount to organizations working in the areas of substance abuse and recovery. I recognize the critical, often underfunded work being done in this space—especially in communities that have been historically underserved. This initiative is one small way I can support your mission and help ensure more healing, empowerment, and sustainable impact. If your organization focuses on substance abuse or recovery, simply mention it during our Discovery Call. Together, let’s build a more inclusive and resilient future.
Every organization is different, and your fundraising strategy should reflect that. As a Fractional Fundraiser, I bring a versatile skill set across major gifts, individual giving, grant writing, and sponsorships — all tailored to your unique goals. Each engagement begins with a Strategic Planning process to clarify priorities and create a custom roadmap. From there, I roll up my sleeves and help implement what matters most. That could include: Writing donor appeals and grant applications Managing data and donor follow-up Supporting program staff with storytelling and outcomes Cultivating sponsors or funders Light social media and donor communications Even stuffing envelopes, if that’s what moves the needle The only thing I don’t do? Large-scale event planning. I believe in focusing energy on sustainable, relationship-based fundraising strategies that deliver long-term results.
No ethical fundraiser can guarantee specific results — and I don’t believe in quick fixes. Sustainable fundraising success takes time, consistency, and a strategy tailored to your organization’s starting point and goals. What I do promise is my full commitment to your mission, transparent communication, and a proven process designed to move your fundraising forward — one step at a time.
Here's a novel approach - we don't track hours! That's right - we focus on deliverables and outcomes. As fractional fundraisers, we are experienced and efficient and take on only the amount of clients that they can handle as well as how much they want to work. (Shocker - not everyone wants to work 60 hours/week - LOL). Our clients are delighted at the level of support they receive.
