I partner with a small number of clients through 12-month contracts starting at $5,997/month. What work is included?

As a Fractional Fundraiser, I bring a versatile skill set across major gifts, individual giving, grant writing, and sponsorships — all tailored to your unique goals. Each engagement begins with a Strategic Planning process to clarify priorities and create a custom roadmap. From there, I roll up my sleeves and help implement what matters most. That could include: Writing donor appeals and grant applications Managing data and donor follow-up Supporting program staff with storytelling and outcomes Cultivating sponsors or funders Light social media and donor communications Even stuffing envelopes, if that’s what moves the needle The only thing I don’t do? Large-scale event planning. I believe in focusing energy on sustainable, relationship-based fundraising strategies that deliver long-term results.

Here's a novel approach - we don't track hours! That's right - we focus on deliverables and outcomes. As fractional fundraisers, we are experienced and efficient and take on only the amount of clients that they can handle as well as how much they want to work. (Shocker - not everyone wants to work 60 hours/week - LOL). Our clients are delighted at the level of support they receive.
